Beware! These Things Your SEO Consultant Will Never Tell You

There are many myths surrounding the methods used to increase revenue earnings through online business. Never trust people who promise you that they guarantee to bring growth in the traffic source for your website.
You should be very careful while working with the people because they may misguide you. If you don’t do your homework well in advance i.e. update your knowledge about search engine optimization, you may end up being fooled by the consultant. For your reference, here is a list of certain things, which I am sure, they will never tell you. Read Carefully;-

  1. SEO Is Not So Complex That A Non- Technical Person Will Not Understand It.
The whole area of making, either traditional or digital, is all about data management and manipulation. This is very basic in nature and not very technical. But some SEO consultants try to pot rate things as being very complex in nature. They make the whole process look so technical that very few people think of daring to understand it or cross-question the consultant. They will make you believe that they know everything about the intricacies of Google rankings.
To be frank technical knowledge is required only if you are talking about page load time, response time, architecture of the website, etc. Otherwise a little bit basic knowledge will do. SEO is basically more about creating online relationships and trusts, attracting visitors and doing market research to plan marketing strategies for your business. None of the SEO’s has so much technical knowledge that they can predict exactly how the Google algorithm works.

  1. There Is A Chance That They Are Violating Google’s Guidelines
Google does not like cheating. This means that according to Google’s guidelines it prohibits people from creating manual links to their website by buying them or through link trading or making websites only to provide back links to your main website.
Google promotes websites where it sees that links are given editorially and not built manually or using automated programs.
Most Of the SEO consultants are violating Google guidelines. But that doesn’t mean don’t hire them. It is just that keep a close watch on them.

  1. They Don’t Test The Validity Of Things They Say.

If they are doing so, then this will be the biggest offence among others. Before planning a marketing strategy the SEO consultant should do market research. Then only he will be able to know that whether what he is thinking is right or not and whether it will be successful or not. This comes with experience but if he is simply following other SEO consultants then chances are that his strategies will fail. Because the same strategy will not work for each and every product.
There is nothing bad in trying new things but they should be tested first before finally implementing them.

  1. They Don’t Know About Your Domain
It is not possible that the SEO consultant should have knowledge about each and every field or domain. He is a human being after all. The correct approach should be that he should ask you to explain your product or services that you provide. This will help them to understand the subject better and that they will be in a better position to work for you and help you.
But sometimes the SEO consultant seems so confident about his knowledge that he never bothers to ask you or even tell you what he plans to do with your website. This is a danger signal.
This is the time when you should step in by spending a lot of time talking to your SEO consultant and brainstorming with him about the values that you want to portray and the brand image that you want to create.
these points will help you in knowing more about your SEO consultant by asking him these questions. These are certain tips which you should always keep in your mind while hiring a SEO consultant because these are very crucial for the success of your online business.
